Phoebe Collins5 StarOmar went above and beyond in every way when my 90 year old neighbour’s bag went missing with her keys in it on the bank holiday weekend. He changed one lock there and then, great job for a very reasonable call out fee. He was kind & patient showing her how she could make the other locks secure overnight. His estimate was half the price of a competitor with equally good response time. My neighbour then found her bag the next day (we’ve all been there - it’s easily done, especially if you’re almost 91). Omar put the old lock back in and refunded the new lock, saving a pensioner a few quid & the hassle of getting new keys to her daughter etc. Not all heroes wear capes!
