Paul Simon Channer5 StarI was in a pinch as I lost my carkey while out at work.
Unable to get home from the worksite, the locksmith gave me an hour eta for arrival and they arrived within that time.
Very friendly, professional and courteous as he allowed me to sit in his van while working on my car.
All in all, the job of unlocking my car and sorting out a new push in fob (for my Audi A4 2014)
Took just under 2 hours which is fine with me.
It's always going to be pricey for a new key.
I would gladly use them again when in trouble.
Just edited this review: I previously gave them a 4 out of 5 as there were some differences compared to my old key settings.
E.g. wing mirrors not folding in when the door locks.
And the key requiring a couple of extra click in ordet to unlock the back doors and boot...
Well I have activated it again within the car "vehicle settings".

I came back on the quote five days later and was met with a swift and polite service.
Tao the technician came at the earliest end of the time expectation. Took my keys and navigated his own way to my vehicle as I had a sick child at home. Reprogrammed me a new key in no time at all. Tao is an amazing member of staff, polite, professional, clearly an expert at his craft, and with immaculate customer service.
