Shaun Casey2 StarWhilst I had original had good service from this company on a previous occasion, I was very disappointed with the service this time. First of all the locksmith turned up an hour after the agreement appointment. No apology and no call to say he was running late. When he replaced the two locks, there was a security measure on the Yale lock which he hadn't explained to me. I was subsequently locked in the flat and had to be rescued by a neighbour. When I called again for him to return a day later. Again he was an hour late and then told me that he had probably engaged the security lock by mistake. No apology, didn't seem to care and it was just hard luck for the inconvenience! All in all disappointing service.Tuesday 16th April 2024
