Dont let this company near your watch EVER. I brought in my fully functioning watch to change the battery, old to have it returned broken, with the statement that it will have to be sent to Timpsons repair shop for and extra £70 pounds. The person clealry just made that price up whole giving the watch a glance for 5 seconds and focused facial expression. Clearly a rip-off. Now I have to send it to the manufacturer. Do not trust this company!

Jack did an amazing job of not only removing the broken key left in the window lock I brought him but also made a whole new key out of it what was left. He was approachable, professional and did a really good job. Thank you!
