Tam truly went above and beyond to help me out! Even though his store didn't have the rare key I needed, he took the initiative to contact other key cutting stores in the area on my behalf. When none of them had it in stock, he promptly arranged for an express order from his supplier to ensure I got the copy I needed. Thank you so much, Tam! You're amazing!

Good service. I had a broken zipper on a backpack which was fixed in 2 days. The bag had to be taken to another shop with the right tool for the job, otherwise would probably have been even faster. The quote I was given was the price I paid as well. The repair is solid, and good quality.

I had the greatest pleasure to have Lee, Tam and Lyn to help with the change of a broken lock. Changing lock for your home is a sensitive issue that requires trust and confidence, and they duly provided all of that. Fixed my Garmin Fitbit watch strap for £10. Very upfront with cost, time it would take etc. No complaints whatsoever. Open till 6 on weekdays, 5.30 on Saturday, closed Sun. RECOMMEND if you are in Canada Water/SE16 and need your: watch strap fixing or keys cut etc.
