Ahmed Ibrahim1 StarI had made a deliberate arrangement well in advance, precisely a week prior, to have my locks changed on a Friday morning. It's worth noting that this appointment was not an emergency situation, as I had the old keys in my possession. To my astonishment, the technician attempted to charge me an exorbitant sum of nearly £300. The rationale presented was that the replacement lock was of superior quality compared to the original one. Regrettably, I was not physically present during this encounter, as a friend was overseeing the process on my behalf while I communicated over the phone. Consequently, upon receiving the keys, I was taken aback to discover that the technician had installed a significantly cheaper and, more importantly, perilous lock instead. Beware! Clémence5 Star5/5 stars. Mihai and his colleagues were very kind and very helpful. They came within one hour of calling on a Sunday evening to change a lock on our main door. They gave us great advice and made us feel very safe and secure. Would absolutely recommend for either emergencies or any type of lock related jobs.Monday 22nd April 2024

Ann Jamshed5 StarIf we could give 6 stars we would. Not really an emergency but ‘phoned at 8:50am and Mihai arrived within half an hour. A broken key in the lock and Mihai explained what he was doing and managed to save the lock (it would have been a complete pain to distribute new keys to all the key holders). He also took a look at the interior locks and gave sound advice on the best option to replace those in the future. His advice was invaluable. He was patient, efficient and such a nice man.
