I used these guys to fix a door and they were great. Looked the part and were very professional at all times. The guy was really pleasant and gave me a few tips after I had asked him some questions on security. The price was reasonable (less than if I had gone through my insurance company). I would highly recommend using them.

I had a problem with my uPVC back door. It wouldn't lock. I made an in person call at R & R and was met with extremely friendly staff. I showed a quick video clip of the problem and they arranged for their guy Basil to come around to my house a couple of hours later. Very friendly bloke with a very calm demeanour. Sorted it out within an hour without the need for any extra spare parts. He took the mechanism apart, cleaned & readjusted the lock and the door. Everything now as good as the day it was installed. Top notch job. Many thanks!

Swift and helpful service from R&R. My front door lock had broken, I rang R&R in the morning and it was mended at lunchtime. They also gave me excellent advice on another security measure, fitted the equipment for a very reasonable price and helped make my garden gate more secure. This afternoon, it's all done, thanks to Peter, Basil and Carl.

Called them for emergency door unlocking. Extortionate prices for a very simple job. Other more reputable firms charge half for an emergency callout. Hope you don't have to use them!
