Susan N5 StarPrince is the kind of person whose number you need to have programmed into your contact list! He came out on a bank holiday, without a surcharge fee, got me into my home within a minute! My neighbours who I had called to ask for help had convoinced me the job was un-doable and the lock/door would need to be broken.
