Sara Springer5 StarBrilliant service, went over and beyond to help me. Reece was my last hope to get a replacement window lock key as nowhere else could help as I didn't know the window manufacturer. He asked me to bring in the lock and in the end offered to make a key that would work. He did that successfully and I left with 4 copies the same day! I spoke to Resse who said that he would repair the lock. which he did within two hours. I like dealing with local companies and the service that I received from Resse was first rate.
