Arrived an hour late. Tried to charge me double despite having agreed prior. I paid 20 over original price for a shoddy 5min job. Acted paranoid like he wouldn't get paid. He then left my front door open. Poor attitude. Good luck with these guys!

I was locked out of my flat. Called Itcc Locksmiths and they were with me in under 30 min, A gentleman named Meir came and opened my door and changed the lock in no time at all, very clean tidy and polite. Great Service. Defiantly recommend.

Great service. Couldn't lock patio doors. Arrived in under an hour, fixed the problem, and charged the price quoted on phone. Its no fun having door problems, but if I need a locksmith again in the future I know who I will be calling.

I have called them yesterday, needing their services as i lost my keys from the house so the guy,von the phone told me that its 59£ pounds no specific questions asked so i waited for the guy to come, he did he had a 6-7 minutes job as he drilled the door barrel and opened the dor nice and easy, to find out that after he opened he wanted 94£ +20% VAT came to 114£ and i told him but what happened because i been told it will be 59£ he said he had to drill and 59 pounds would be for a simple job (whatever that means) obviously i paid and asked him so whats left for me to doo he said buy a barrel lock and fit it myself but if i want he can sell me one for 30£ which is cheap he aaid just because wee from same country hence this cheap price, i said no to this barrel went screwfix and surpise i bought it for 10,59£..im disgusted tbh of this kind of people.. Sad experiece, i don't recomend!!

Would recommend going for a different locksmith. Chose ITCC as they had a cheaper call out fee, but I would definitely pay a higher call out charge for a different locksmiths in the future. Came out a secured the door for us, but did not identify the overall issue correctly. The issue has now been sorted by another locksmith for less than £200 including call out fee. ITCC quoted £800 - £900 for a full locking mechanism replacement, rather than just changing the gear box.
