Flatmate had her bag stolen with 2 keys for the locks and less than 4 hours later I had both of them replaced, with minimal intrusion to the door lovely chat during the process explaining what needs to be done and if there's any extra steps required (one of my locks had some cardboard involved in aligning it 😅, which was strongly recommended to fix; that small extra fee was gratiously waived; an invoice was provided at the end of the work and I was free to choose between paying in cash or via bank transfer). Really smooth and quick process, from sharing the pictures on WhatsApp of the body of work required, to quick call to discuss details, to a given arrival estimate (bang on) to getting two sets of keys and feeling safe again in my own place. 12/10 would use it again if for whatever reason bad luck strikes again
