"I called Fortress locksmiths yesterday. Polite and professional, they reassured me and told me would be with me 1pm tomorrow. If that was ok. I was so impressed with the quick response time, At 12:55pm today Fortress locksmiths arrived. Couldn’t be more impressed with the communication and punctuality of the engineers.
They are a professional and friendly service that I would not hesitate to recommend or call on again. In an hour they’d methodically laid out their tools, given advice and completed the task and allowed me to access my storage unit. They did this without destroying my lock which would of been an easier option. But their caring service meant they completed the task which was above and beyond with my welfare at heart. They provided me onsite with 2 additional locks."

More details required: Well i needed some keys cut so i called them up, they popped around at a convenient time for me, cut my keys, tested them, i paid them. I'm very happy as they work perfectly and only took a few minutes.Wednesday 8th May 2024
