Very unprofessional, rude, and aggressive locksmith. He gave a quote for 3 locks, including parts, for £145, but he only fixed two locks and did not fix the bathroom lock, claiming he only agreed to fix two locks. When asked why the bathroom lock was not fixed, he said he couldn't fix it for free as I did not pay for the latch, but he never mentioned the latch or asked for payment for it. In fact, he didn't even inform me that the bathroom lock was not fixed until I checked with my tenants. I informed him that payment would be made on the 1st or 2nd of April due to the bank holiday, but on April 2nd at 10:17 am, I received a threatening message stating he would trespass my flat to remove the locks he fixed as he had not yet received payment. I told him he is not authorized to go near or enter the flat at any time; otherwise, it will be treated as trespassing and reported to the police. Please avoid this very rude, aggressive, full of aggravation, and very unprofessional locksmith. Additionally, you might encounter potential criminals. After posting the review, he messaged me on WhatsApp threatening me to remove the review. The threat was horrible and intimidating. Please avoid him at all costs. I have attached the threatening message for reference.

After returning to our property after a tenancy, we found 2 balcony doors were slightly off their hinge and could not shut. Having a dog and in strong winds this was a dangerous situation however after calling he arrived at the flat within 30 minutes to help - and came back early the next morning to fix both as well as help us out with a couple of other bits for a very reasonable price! Would definitely recommend to anyone
