I went in to the shop this afternoon to find out whether they could cut me a mailbox key as the original key broke inside the lock. Luckily was able to pull the broken key out. The gentleman in the shop was able to help me & cut me a new key. He was polite & friendly. A great team of guys. Thank you so much for your help! the key did work & I was able to check for the post. I would highly recommend Dennis’s Security Centre. It’s a bonus as I live in the same area! I usually support local businesses.

Called the shop at 4:30. I was,at work and my son had broken his key inside the lock. A very helpful lady dispatched someone who had it all sorted before I got home. Amazing service. Thanks

I had troubles with my night latch lock. The wonderful man in store did the best job - he fixed the night latch really fast and was so warm and nice, definitely recommend for everyone!

This was a job I didn’t realise could even be done. We had to fit a three point lock to a hardwood bifold door which had been incorrectly manufactured without a lock or handle. Matt precisely and neatly (literally, less than 1mm tolerance) routed out the side of the door to fit. Pretty amazing since this is a “one shot” jib and any errors mean a new door. Looks like it was done in a factory and works great. Would totally recommend. Great service in a fairly stressful situation.
