Jodie in the shop is so accommodating, always goes the extra mile to make our orders complete. Friendly, efficient and very professional. Dan changed my broken lock, advised on other security measures and went on his way. The initial contact was by phone with Jodie who was very helpful in facilitating the repair by passing on the information and ensuring the correct service was offered. Would definitely recommend.

Daniel’s locksmiths are so reliable. I called Dan out late in the evening and he gave me updates before arrival. He incredible friendly and helpful too. He worked quickly and unlocked my dead lock door and then fitted a new handle. I couldn’t recommend him enough, his service was excellent! I will definitely being using his services again.

Daniel came around quickly, found a solution to replace an uncommon lock with something very similar, and installed it efficiently. He didn't hesitate to make adjustments when we asked for that, and also generously recommended another supplier for a niche task relating to key cutting. Best of all, members of my family started cooing about how smooth the locks turn now. Who would think that could cause such pleasure? Can't recommend highly enough.
