Absolutely outstanding service from Mark. His third visit to help our elderly parents in law. We do not live in the area so having the security of someone you can trust is priceless. Just wanted to give a shout out to Mark at Complete Locksmith Services LTD for answering a cry for help in under 20 mins when I broke my key in my front door tonight. Super chap, super helpful, changed the lock and adjusted the door so it is now in the best working order it has ever been. If anyone ever needs a locksmith I wouldn’t hesitate to give Mark a shout. He was also a hit with the woof bringing treats and lots of attention. Highly recommended.

We have had issues with one of our door locks for while and it finally failed with the door stuck slightly ajar but closed. I called Mark at 5.30pm and then sent him a text with my address with him saying he would be round the next day which I still though was good. Within 30mins he had already turned up and another 30mins later he had managed to open the door replace offending mechanism and clean up. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly told us a few other things around the house to stay safe and secure. He was great with our dog as well. A great local locksmith looking after his community and keeping them safe. Can't thank you enough Mark!

We have called Mark out 3 times over the last couple of years and he’s been amazing in resolving our lock problems. We had the spring break in the handle of the front door and the handle of a upvc window break all been fixed or replaced and left clean and neat and tidy. Mark is very professional and punctual. He is very knowledgeable about his trade too. Highly recommend him to all. He also came out to us recently to fixed a loose plate on our front door. Was with us within half an hour and fixed it quickly too! Thank you so much Mark.
