Lizzie Baxter5 StarWe had been quoted over £250 for a front door lock replacement by another locksmith,a few monthsago. We decided to try a different company. Today,Simon of Baddow Locksmiths arrived on time,smart,clean and friendly. He examined the locking mechanism and told us that we only needed new handles,a much cheaper option.These he fitted for us. We are delighted to have had such a good experience from a trustworthy professional. We will definitely be phoning Simon should we need any more work done on our locks. He portrayed himself to be trustworthy and I couldn’t recommend Simon himself, and the company more. Jerry Foster5 StarFantastic! I would highly recommend using Baddow Locksmiths!! I lost my keys and was away from Southend. I called Simon this morning and he put me at ease that he could get it sorted. He worked his schedule around to be at my house really quickly. He gained access to and added new locks and left the new keys with my neighbour so I could get in once I was back home. He was quick to respond and the price was very reasonable. He even sent me a short video to show the new locks working which was reassuring.Friday 31st May 2024
Wendy Clarke5 StarExcellent service! I had to call Simon out on Wednesday evening to change the lock on my mum's front door as she had lost her keys. He arrived within 10/15 minutes of my call. He was very professional and friendly. Fitted the new lock and cut a couple of extra keys very quickly. Reasonably priced too. I would definitely use this company in future. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Simon....it certainly put my mind at rest.Saturday 3rd February 2024
