SLY13645 StarAbsolute legends. Nissan was making me wait 2 weeks to see me and were going to charge me £131 to do a diagnostic of why my boot kept opening when I used the key to open unlock the car. They charged me £12.50, saw me same day and sorted it. Highly recommendWednesday 22nd May 2024

Wayne Richards5 StarI attended the Arc locksmiths shop this morning for an issue with my car key. Given previous experiences with car key i was worried i was in for a long wait and a hefty bill at the end. I couldn't have been more wrong. This was quite easily one of the best customer experiences I've had in some time. The staff in the shop was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and fixed my issue with ease. They came recommended to me and I will be passing on this recommendation as often as I can.Saturday 2nd December 2023
Sue Wappett5 StarWhat an amazing service. We have a Ford tipper, had ignition issues, called Gates (obviously) they couldn't even get a diagnostic appointment for nearly 2 weeks!!
