He responded quickly and was able to diagnose the problem when sent pictures of the door. Communication was excellent and the price was fair. My french doors weren't locking and came to visit the issue, diagnosed it quickly and ordered the part needed for the following day.
Great communication and my door works great - it was blowing open with all the wind we have had recently.
