Great service. Very quick communication. Arrived when he said he would. Changed all my locks like requested and explained the mechanisms. Once done I asked if he could look at my bathroom window lock which was stuck and he stayed for what seemed like hours trying to fix it. He needs to return with his partner to complete the job and he’s refused to charge me for this time until he completes the job. I’d recommend him to everyone. Thanks, Sophie

Excellent service by Stelios. Very professional, friendly and polite. Arranged to have a look at my broken front door handle same day even though it wasn't urgent. Great communication also. Kept me informed every step of the way and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner. My new door handles look great. Would highly recommend Stelios and will definitely be using him again for any problem locks or emergencies I have in the future. Found him extremely reliable.

Great service, took photo of the lock and sent it to them and they were there within 25 minutes. They managed to get me back into my house despite the lock being a bit challenging and in the pouring rain! Very reasonable charge and excellent service. Would recommend.
